the private beach felt gorgeous. fine rooms were indeed fine. i found the excellent service appreciable. agnes, camille, shaira and rahman worked inside the club lounge. they was like real stars. it was calm because of the sprawling hotel.

the housekeeping service provided by sharafat and gopal was excellent, they kept everything super clean.

i found the hotel to be more of a four-star experience, not quite meeting five-star expectations. the windows in my room seemed broken, and there was a noticeable leak in the bathroom. the interior felt dated, and the shower was not up to standard for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

the bar staff near the beach was not good and ruined my experience. i never experience something like that before in such a nice hotel. yes the supervisor gave me a free drink but my time is precious and i stayed there to relax.
